Insurance Billing
How Our Fees Work
Effective September 6, 2025
We keep things simple and transparent so you can choose the path that fits you best.
Option A: Use Your Insurance (Out-of-Network)
We are not in-network with insurance plans. When we bill your insurance, your actual cost depends on your plan’s out-of-network coverage.
- You pay your share based on your plan’s allowed amount.
- If our billed fee is higher than your plan’s allowed amount, you may also be responsible for the difference — this is called balance billing.
- We can provide a superbill so you can seek reimbursement from your insurance.
Reimbursements and allowed amounts vary widely between plans. We can verify benefits on request.
Option B: Prompt-Pay (Self-Pay)
Skip insurance paperwork and pay at the time of service. This lets us offer a reduced price:
| Service | Price |
|---|---|
| 60-minute session (active care/rehab) | $165 |
| 30-minute session | $90 |
The prompt-pay discount reflects lower admin costs and immediate payment.

FAQ
Why are self-pay prices lower than billed insurance fees?
Processing claims adds administrative cost and delay. Prompt-pay pricing reflects immediate payment and less back-office work.
Can I submit my receipt to insurance if I self-pay?
Yes. Ask us for a superbill and you can submit it to your plan. Any reimbursement goes directly to you per your benefits.
Medicare / Medicare Advantage patients
We follow Medicare rules for covered services and notices. If a service is non-covered under your plan, we’ll explain options clearly before care.
Do prices ever change?
We periodically update our fees. This page reflects the current schedule. If we update pricing, we’ll honor any written estimates already provided.
